WOSHL 1st Season at Half Way Point!

The First 5 have not failed to disappoint during this inaugural season.  Heading into the 2nd half of the season we have a four way battle going on for the top spots, teams are drawing solid and supportive crowds. League initiatives are all going as planned, with the odd hiccup along the way. Sporfie Streaming via WOSHL live is growing is use and followers each week. Hockey Fights Cancer games are doing great and raising much needed funds for Cancer research.

On the ice the Elora Rocks have had an impressive 1st half leading the way with only one loss, Strathroy is nipping at their heels with Tillsonburg and Stratford battling for the 3-4 spots. Alvinston has had some on ice struggles but recent games are showing great strides being made. Office Alvinston has proven to be one of the top off ice organizations all season. Looking forward to the Christmas break and teams getting healthy rosters back and the final push towards the Sleeman Cup Playoffs! But first a few more weekends of games. get out and support these teams, you will not be disappointed.
